+ Shipping

Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days. All packages will be shipped via USPS and will include delivery tracking. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships that includes a USPS tracking number.

Please contact us at starkeepstudio@gmail.com before you place your order if you have any special requests, particularly if you need your item by a certain date.

Please double check your address before ordering to ensure your order is deliverable. StarKeep Studio is not responsible for orders once they are shipped–once the order is delivered safely to the Post Office, it is out of our hands.

+ Incorrect Shipping Address

If you have submitted an order with an incorrect shipping address and notice right away, please contact us ASAP, as we may be able to adjust the destination address. Once an order is shipped, the destination address cannot be changed.

If a package is returned to us due to a customer error (e.g. incorrect name, address or package refusal), the customer will then be responsible for any re-shipment charges or may request a refund.

+ Lost or Stolen Packages

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; however, a claim will be filed with the USPS.

If you would like a re-shipment of a new order of goods due to it being lost along the way, you will be responsible for shipping charges. Otherwise, we are more than happy to cancel your order, and to follow through with attempting to file a lost package claim.

+ Damages & Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can resolve the issue.

If an order is damaged upon receiving, please take photos of the product damage and all shipping packaging and email them to starkeepstudio@gmail.com. We aim to package items appropriately for shipping but occasionally things happen. Although it is the responsibility of the postal service to refund damages that have occurred, let's take a look together first.

+ Return Policy

We gladly accept cancellations. Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

We don’t accept returns or exchanges but please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we’ll find a solution.

To address any issue, you can contact us at starkeepstudio@gmail.com. If we make an exception for your return, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
